Sora Matcha from Kagoshima is the second matcha in the Sora Matcha collection. This one is from Kagoshima in southern Japan, a region known for its volcanic soil, abundant rainfall, and mild climate. These conditions give the tea a clear green color, balanced umami, and a naturally soft character.

 This matcha is made from tencha from several carefully selected producers in Kagoshima and blended to create a stable and harmonious flavor profile.

The taste is mild, round, and creamy. It has little bitterness and is very suitable as pure matcha and in lattes.
