The package also includes a large bowl for mixing matcha, with a matching whisk holder, where the whisk should be placed to maintain its shape and longevity.

A sieve is also included. This matcha sieve is used to sift the matcha powder before whisking. By sifting the matcha, you remove lumps and get a smoother, airier, and creamier matcha.
